‘Tis the season to be jolly, but what about all those other skills a Project Manager needs to get by during the rest of the year?  This presentation will discuss the 21 behavioral and technical skills that make up the wish list of every Project Manager. Which are the most popular – most necessary? Which are the most difficult? If you can’t get them all wrapped up from Santa, maybe you should think about adding them to your New Years resolution list. 

About the speaker: Ty Tabernik is an Assistant Professor at Trevecca Nazarene University in the School of Business and an Adjunct Professor at Nashville State Community College. He earned a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Capella University. His dissertation topic was a study of the behavioral and technical skills required to be successful in Healthcare Project Management.
